Facilities at Lane's Cottages & Suites

Shorty's, our on-site ice cream shop, has a wide variety of treats to please any taste. We serve both soft and hard ice cream, smoothies, sundaes, slushies, tea / coffee, sodas and milk. Open daily 10-10pm from Victoria Day weekend to Labour Day weekend. Come sit on our large deck with your ice cream and enjoy the view of the Montague River.

Our new Public Laundromat has 8 topload and 3 front load double capacity machines and 10 dryers. Coins and laundry detergent are available at the office during office hours. Open 8-10pm daily. NO PETS and NO SMOKING please.

At Lane's you are close to many Local Amenities. We are a 20 minute drive to a class A beach, 20 minutes from car ferry to Pictou, Nova Scotia and the Aquatic centre (pool, gym, raquetteball / squash courts) is nearby. Seal cruises out of the Montague Marina, restaurants, churches, grocerys stores all nearby.
